About The Role
We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Wolverhampton.
As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keep the customer updated at every stage, and address any questions or queries they may have. Additionally, you will liaise with technicians and workshop control about vehicle statuses to ensure timely vehicle readiness. You will also offer expert advice on our products and services.
This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You will take the time to communicate effectively, build genuine rapport, and identify our customers' needs.
Sytner Service Advisors work flexible patterns, often including weekends, to ensure we deliver the highest levels of service to our customers.
About You
Candidates should have prior Service Advisor experience within the automotive industry. Training is provided through our in-house Learning & Development team and manufacturer courses run by BMW.
You should have excellent organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail, and a strong customer service background. Knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous but is not essential.
