Job Description:
We’re looking for candidate marketers to support the Co-op resourcing service. In this role you’ll be a talent attraction specialist – working closely with resourcing delivery teams and resourcing change partners to make sure there’s always a strong supply of candidates for Co-op jobs across several sectors. To be successful you’ll need strong sourcing skills, and the ability to plan data-driven attraction campaigns. It’s also important you can write engaging, user-friendly job adverts, and work collaboratively with Co-op colleagues and external partners.

Job Responsibilities:
* Use campaign data to build effective attraction campaigns
* Source candidates for a wide range of Co-op jobs through a variety of channels
* Write user-friendly job adverts that effectively engage and inform candidates
* Identify new attraction channels that help us deliver Co-op resourcing requirements
* Design and deliver innovative candidate attraction strategies
* Support the development of the Co-op employer brand
* Build positive relationships with colleagues across resourcing and the wider business
* Help design, create, and deliver relevant and exciting content
* Build and manage relationships with external suppliers
Job Requirements:
* Good analytical skills with the ability to use data to plan and optimise campaigns
* Good relationship building skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels
* A recruitment or marketing/comms background (either in-house or agency side)
* The desire to continually improve ways of working and positively adapt to change
Qualification & Experience:
* Experience of designing and delivering talent attraction or marketing campaigns
