Deliver the highest levels of customer care reflecting the CBRE, and, Client corporate image at all times - To work within the requirements of the clients and CBRE H&S, Environmental and Security policies. Responsible for management of all site maintenance e-log books, and, collaboration across the CBRE QHSE teams to ensure compliance. Ensuring that any remedial actions from HSE audits are acted upon in line with timescales. - Confident in dealing with senior stakeholders and VIPs, acting as prime customer interface for senior client business contacts - Responsible for financial reporting including budget, purchase orders, forecasting and monthly reports to ensure time sensitive finance activities are achieved - Provide absence coverage for the London and Farnborough client offices during periods of planned and, whenever viable, unplanned absence. - Responsible for the effective management of the si7 and Vantage (Work Order Management systems) to ensure that all work orders are raised and closed in a timely manner to meet account KPI's. - Continuously improve all FM service lines through best practice, demonstrating a proactive approach - Develop and maintain successful working relationships with the client, key stakeholders, customers, third party vendors, and internal CBRE colleagues - To provide accurate and timely monthly reports on operational performance, and financial reporting - Ensure a CBRE Business Continuity Plan is in place for all locations, and, it is effectively managed - Working in conjunction with the CBRE account technical lead, responsibility for ensuring that all building and plant equipment is maintained meeting statutory requirements, and operated in a safe manner in accordance with agreed SLA's - Control, monitor and review third party contracts and supplier measurements - Provide support to project management activities for complex/high value activities.
