About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Partner to join our growing Talent Acquisition team at Mental Health Matters. This is far more than a traditional recruitment role. As a dedicated recruitment lead for your assigned directorate and geographical area, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders across the organisation. You will be responsible for attracting, engaging and securing high-quality talent who will help us deliver life-changing mental health services across the communities we serve. Working closely with hiring managers, you will develop innovative attraction strategies, create compelling recruitment campaigns and proactively identify talent through a range of sourcing channels. From community outreach and career events to social media campaigns and talent pooling, you will play a key role in ensuring our vacancies reach diverse and talented candidates. You will also champion candidate experience, guiding applicants through every stage of the recruitment journey and supporting successful onboarding through to their first few weeks with the organisation. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on workforce growth, service delivery and the future success of Mental Health Matters. About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience delivering high-quality end-to-end recruitment across a variety of role types, including volume and specialist positions Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining exceptional candidate care Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build credibility and influence managers at all levels Experience developing innovative attraction strategies and sourcing candidates through a variety of channels Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create engaging and inclusive job adverts Experience screening, shortlisting and assessing candidates against role requirements and competency frameworks Knowledge of safer recruitment practices, including pre-employment checks and compliance requirements Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results at pace Confidence using recruitment systems, digital attraction platforms and reporting tools A proactive and solutions-focused approach to overcoming recruitment challenges We're looking for someone who is creative, resilient and motivated by achieving results. Experience within mental health, healthcare, social care, charity or community-based services would be advantageous, as would experience delivering outreach initiatives and reducing agency reliance through direct sourcing approaches.
