Our client has been operating successfully for over 10 years and has a strong presence across several boroughs in London and surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to support the growing team at the North Finchley site. To be considered, you must have the following, Level 3 Health and Social Care or higher education Experience managing a team for adults with Learning Disabilities. Excellent staff supervision skills and management experience You will need to have experience managing learning disabilities services (residential or supported living), managing teams, safeguarding adults, and person-centred care. As a team leader, you will be passionate about providing high standards of care and support and will have the ability to build a rapport with your service users and staff team. Reporting to the Registered Area Manager, you will lead a team of Support Workers responsible for providing day-to-day care and support to individuals across the site.
