We could throw you straight into the deep end (literally, we have a Waterpark!), but that's not how we do things at BPL.
Instead, you'll join us as a Team Leader, where you'll lead, inspire and develop our team members whilst developing your own leadership skills along the way.
What will you be doing?
From leading shifts and motivating your team to delivering excellent customer experiences, you'll play a key role in keeping our facilities running smoothly.
You'll help create a fun, friendly, and feel good environment for both our employees and customers.

Week 1: Mon 05.30 - 15.30, Tues OFF, Wed 14.00 - 22.00, Thur OFF, Fri 14.00 - 21.15, Sat OFF, Sun OFF
Week 2: Mon 13.00 - 22.00, Tues OFF, Wed OFF, Thur 05.30 - 14.00, Fri OFF, Sat 12.30 - 18.30, Sun 08.15 - 15.15
Week 3: Mon 13.00 - 22.00, Tues OFF, Wed OFF, Thur 05.30 - 14.00, Fri 05.30 - 13.00, Sat 07.00 - 12.30, Sun OFF
