This will initially be on a temporry basis until Christmas, however has the possibilty to be extended beyond Christmas for the right person. What you’ll be doing: Act as the main point of contact for drivers and customers, resolving issues as they arise Complete driver debrief Liaise with warehouse and day teams Handle administrative tasks as directed by your manager Escalate vehicle accidents, defects, or fleet issues to senior management Report directly to the Transport ManagerWhat we’re looking for: Excellent communication skills.
