YouwillpartofanefficientHRteam,soastheHRAdvisor,youwill:
* PrepareHRreportsanddashboardstosupportoperationalandstrategicdecision-making.
* Ensurecompliancewithemploymentlaw,industryregulations,andinternalHRpolicies.
* AssistwithreviewingandupdatingHRpoliciesandproceduresasrequired.
* ProvideexpertadvicetomanagersonHRpolicies,disciplinarymatters,grievances,performancemanagement,absencemanagementandgeneralemployeerelationissues.
* Supportformalmeetings,performanceissues,absencemanagement,investigations,andhearings,ensuringcompliancewithemploymentlawandcompanyprocedures.
* SupportStakeholderengagementandbusinesspartnering.
* TosupportthedeliveryoftheHRBusinessPlan(BAUandnewimprovementinitiatives).
* OverseetheabsencemanagementwithintheWorkdaysystem–toincludead-hoc,quarterlyandannualreporting.
* ToleadonWorkdayinrespectofcompliance,ad-hocandroutinereporting.
