Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a highly regarded law firm in Leeds, who are looking to recruit a Planning Solicitor to join their established and growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a planning lawyer to work within a well-respected, full-service Yorkshire law firm, advising a diverse client base on a wide range of planning and development matters.
This role is offered on a full-time basis, with a competitive salary starting from £35,000+ (dependent on experience) and is open to candidates across a range of PQE levels.
Responsibilities as a Planning Solicitor:
Providing clear, commercial, and pragmatic advice on a broad range of planning law matters.
Advising clients on planning applications, appeals, enforcement matters, and planning obligations.
Drafting and negotiating Section 106 agreements and related documentation.
Managing a varied planning law caseload from instruction through to completion.
Acting for developers, landowners, and other stakeholders on contentious and non-contentious matters.
Supporting and collaborating with colleagues across the wider firm when required.About you as a Planning Solicitor:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with relevant planning law experience.
All PQE in planning law (applications will be considered as long as you are qualified).
Strong technical knowledge with the ability to manage your own caseload.
Excellent communication, drafting, and client-care skills.
