Executive Assistant | Robotics Start-up | London
Location: Paddington, London
Work Mode: Full-time, in-office

We are seeking a tech-savvy, proactive Executive Assistant to support top-level executives in an innovative robotics start-up. The role involves supporting the CEO and managing various administrative tasks to facilitate seamless operations.
Your Role
* Manage the CEO’s schedule, arrange Zoom meetings, and provide calendar analytics.
* Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO.
* Maintain databases and spreadsheets (Excel, Airtable, Notion).
* Assist with document preparation, contact management, and correspondence.
* Conduct data mining, compile reports, and support business intelligence efforts.
* Translate business documents (Russian fluency required).
* Support day-to-day administrative functions and ensure operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
* 7+ years of experience as an Executive or Business Assistant supporting CEOs, business owners, or UHNW individuals.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with excellent time management skills.
* Proficient in Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, Jira, Slack, and Notion.
