We are recruiting an Assistant Night Manager for our Royal National Hotel. We want you to work with us and be part of our ILH Family, not just work for us.
As an Assistant Night Manager, you will work 44 hours weekly on a 4 days on / 3 days off schedule.
At 1651 bedrooms, our Royal National Hotel requires you to deputize for the Night Manager, working as part of a team of 3 Assistant Night Managers and managing over 15 night receptionists and porters.
The Night Manager oversees all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring excellent guest experience, smooth handovers, financial reporting, KPI targets, and night audits for the Front Office team in the morning.
Your responsibilities include maintaining safety and security, conducting health and safety checks, managing emergencies and evacuations, attending incidents with minimal disruption, and leading by example to deliver exceptional service from check-in to check-out.
You will recruit, train, and develop a team capable of creating a positive impression at all hours, recognizing and rewarding performance.

* Previous operational experience as a Night Manager or a front-of-house supervisor/manager within a hotel.

* Knowledge of Opera property management system is desirable.
