Key Responsibilities for Account Manager
* Serve as the primary point of contact for previous customer accounts.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
* Support with quotations and processing incoming sales orders.
* Identify and promote new product opportunities within previous customer accounts to drive sales growth.
* Understand the needs of accounts and secure the company as their preferred supplier.
* Set up individual account contact strategies.
* Work to KPIs to achieve sales targets and objectives.
