Key Responsibilities
You will gain experience in engineering and development areas such as:
Health, Safety & Environment
* Implement and comply with CDM and EMS regulations
* Identify and manage design risks
* Embed environmental considerations in design
Land Planning & Community Engagement
* Support planning applications
* Assist in community engagement
* Help with planning conditions and negotiations
Pre-Development & Design Coordination
* Participate in project meetings
* Coordinate design tenders and manage design programmes
* Support Building Regulations approval processes
Development Management
* Liaise with engineering teams
* Stay updated on regulations
* Support production teams and manage design changes
* Monitor construction progress and resolve issues
Job Requirements
* 2:2 degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
* Architecture degrees must be RIBA or CIAT accredited
* Driving license and access to a car
* Willingness to travel
* Right to work in the UK and not in full-time education
