Strategy Implementation Analyst (Maternity Cover) (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
Role Overview:
The Strategy Implementation Analyst will support the strategy deployment process and the Business Intelligence team by blending project management skills with analytical expertise. The role involves creating tools, refining processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency, and coordinating the annual strategy deployment process.
Your objectives and responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing key areas of the strategy deployment process, including action plans and reviews
* Assisting with the creation and maintenance of deployment tools (e.g., transformation pipeline) and ensuring documentation and action logs are up-to-date
* Supporting the Business Intelligence and Insights team with tools and processes for development, improvement, and maintenance
* Coordinating steering and strategy review meetings, including managing documentation and SharePoint sites
Your previous experience should include:
* Experience in strategy, project management, or data analysis roles
* Participation in global, distributed teams
* Requirements gathering and translating needs into deliverables
* Proficiency with BI tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, IBM Planning Analytics)
