NetscaleRRole OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled Netscaler SME / Citrix Expert to support a major banking client in designing, implementing, and managing secure, high-performance Citrix and Netscaler environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering stable, scalable, and secure application delivery solutions within a complex banking infrastructure.
NetscalerKey Responsibilities
1. Design, configure, and maintain Citrix Netscaler (ADC/Gateway) infrastructure for secure application delivery.
2. Act as the subject matter expert for Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop).
3. Troubleshoot performance issues, latency, and connectivity problems across Citrix/Netscaler environments.
4. Optimize Netscaler load-balancing, traffic management, high availability, and SSL offloading.
5. Implement security policies, multi-factor authentication, and access controls for banking systems.
6. Work closely with network, security, and application teams to ensure seamless user experience.
