Role Overview
As an Audit Analyst, you will support high-quality audits focusing on Consumer Credit Risk and other Consumer Lending activities. Your responsibilities include designing and evaluating controls, applying audit methodologies, and contributing to the development of GA&CI through strategic, collaborative, and agile approaches.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contribute to the audit plan and deliver outcomes as directed
2. Support control testing, identify concerns, and communicate findings
3. Build stakeholder relationships and conduct research on business themes and external trends
4. Suggest improvements and model Group values and behaviors
5. Drive personal and team development through coaching and feedback
Requirements
* Ability to lead and own specific work areas, delivering impactful assurance
* Proactive, collaborative, with strong prioritization skills
* Understanding of Group and Business Unit strategies, especially in Credit
* Strong analytical skills and data interpretation
* Knowledge of Credit Risk lifecycle in Consumer Lending, including credit assessment and risk monitoring
* Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SAS, Power BI, Python, SQL) is advantageous
