Responsibilities
What your day to day might look like:
* Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties
* Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks
* Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner
* Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
* Maintain company safety standards
Qualifications
We’re looking for you if:

* You’re punctual, dependable and a self-starter
* You have experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance
* You’re a team player

* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call as required

Compensation: $21.00 -$24.00 an hour
