Overview
We are looking to recruit a Counselling or Clinical Psychologist to join our Adult Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) based in Kings Lynn, covering West Norfolk. The psychology and psychological therapies team in the CMHT has an exciting and vibrant skill mix including Clinical Psychology, CBT therapists, CAT therapists, Art therapists, DBT therapists, and CAPS.
Responsibilities
* Provide assessment, consultation formulation, individual and group therapy for service users accessing the CMHT.
* Provide supervision and service evaluation.
* Support further therapy training to fit the needs of the service (e.g., CBT, DBT, CAT, MDT and EMDR).
* Hold own caseload of clinical work including assessment, consultation formulation, and individual and group therapy; be supervised by the 8B Clinical Psychologist and have supervisory responsibilities for others in the team.
* Work closely with the wider professions in the MDT; job plan in line with BPS guidance incorporating time for CPD and learning as well as clinical duties.
