Team Leaders are responsible for ensuring that people who use our services receive the support they both expect and deserve. Our Team Leaders oversee care workers in the community and the planning of care packages. Our Team Leaders get to make a difference in the lives of care workers and service users, every day. No two days are the same, which makes it so much more exciting for you!

The role is based at our Southampton branch however you will be required to travel to service users homes, so driving license and use of vehicle is essential. Nationwide applicants welcome.
As a Live In Team Leader you will:
1. Supervise, mentor and lead the care team in delivering an exceptional standard of care to our service users.
2. Provide personalised support to care workers both in the field and offer guidance remotely
3. Create person-centred care plans and risk assessments for people who use the service, using a computerised care planning system
4. Review packages of care and adjust the according to the service users needs
5. Audit communication logs, medication charts and financial records
