They are currently looking for a Senior New Business Manager to join their team. The successful Senior New Business Manager will be responsible for winning new business, maximizing sustainable short‑term and long‑term sales, boosting profitability and increasing brand awareness within the Hospitality sector, predominantly focusing on hotels.

Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a Sales Strategy to win new business across Hospitality channels.
* Qualitatively select and develop customers.
* Provide feedback on customer opportunities and competitor threats.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
* Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals.
* Meet and exceed targets.
Ideal Senior New Business Manager Candidate
* Proven sales experience within the Hospitality sector, ideally with a healthy network of contacts at hotels.
