About the job SAP Integration Project Manager
Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business leaders and IT teams.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP integration initiatives, liaising with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and SAP consultants.
* Manage cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks, and responsibilities, and providing guidance and support as needed.
* Identify potential risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them to ensure successful project delivery.
* Oversee testing phases to validate the functionality and performance of integrated SAP solutions, coordinating with end-users to gather feedback and address issues.
* Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate the adoption of new SAP systems and processes.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability of SAP integration processes.
Requirements
* Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP integration, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
* Extensive experience working in the Food and Beverage industry, bottling industry, or warehouse management is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP Data Services, etc.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* SAP certification(s) preferred.
