The Role:
As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you'll work closely with experienced engineers to support the delivery of a wide range of infrastructure design projects. Your responsibilities will include:
·Designing highways and drainage systems for residential and commercial developments
·Preparing technical drawings and reports using Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, and AutoCAD
·Assisting with Flood Risk Assessments and sustainable drainage (SuDS) designs
·Collaborating with planners, architects, and local authorities
·Receiving hands-on mentoring and support to progress towards chartership
About You:
·A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (BEng/MEng)
·Strong interest in highways, drainage, and sustainable infrastructure
·Familiarity with AutoCAD and civil engineering design software is a plus
·Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learning
