Lettings Manager – Benefits
* £30k - £35k basic salary

Lettings Manager – Duties
* Drive revenue and look for new and innovative ways to increase overall lettings business
* Attending and instructing lettings valuations
* Overseeing an extensive portfolio of properties ensuring compliance and efficient management
* Oversight of onboarding new stock
* Anticipate business needs and adapt accordingly
* Training and developing
* Fostering a positive culture
* Reviewing, analysing and improving process and procedure where necessary to optimise performance
* Cultivating and nurturing long lasting relationships with landlords and key stake holders
* Management of escalation with tenants and landlords
* Engaging in strategic conversations with the wider management team.
* Staying informed and up to date on legislation
Lettings Manager – Experience Needed
* Previous experience as a Lettings Manager.
* ARLA qualified or equivalent ideally
* You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
* Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented.
* Man management experience.
* Proven track record in driving business forward, managing risk, regulation, and generating new business.
* Excellent knowledge of the lettings process and legislation.
