The Opportunity…
The UK Sports Institute has an exciting opportunity for a Performance Lifestyle Practitioner, working with multiple sports, including UK Athletics and British Weightlifting.
This role is part-time, on a fixed-term basis until March 2026, primarily based out of Loughborough.
A snapshot of the role…
This Performance Lifestyle (PL) practitioner will deliver and develop support to world-class athletes within UK Athletics’ Olympic and Paralympic Programmes and British Weightlifting’s Olympic programme. The role involves working as part of interdisciplinary performance support teams to provide holistic support and development across the Performance Lifestyle framework.
Travel within the role to regional/national training centres and camps is expected when requested.
Additionally, the PL practitioner will contribute to the UKSI’s professional community, sharing knowledge and best practices to support the evolution of world-class Performance Lifestyle support and practice.
