Assistant Chef (Pullman dining train) Full-Time, Permanent - Based in Grosmont Station. The Pullman Dining Train usually operates 4 Lunchtime services per week including weekends during the main operating season, we also have a maximum 10 Friday evening services this season and some additional winter services. Hours of work - during the main operating season (24th March to 2nd November 25) approximately 40-45 hours per week over 5 days (Including the weekends) between 7.30am and 4pm at the latest. November to February will be reduced hours and less weekends but must be flexible as required by the business. Your hours will vary, but your salary is paid in 12 equal monthly instalments. The Pullman Dining Team provide a fine dining experience for up to 110 guests on each trip. As a key member of the team, you will assist the Pullman Head Chef to prepare, cook and serve passengers their pre-ordered meals. Once trained you would be available to cover in the head chefs absence.
