Events Coordinator UK Membership Organisation Stockton-on-Tees – 4 Days Office, 1 Day Home Salary: £24,000-£27,000 dependent on experience, plus excellent benefits Full-Time | Permanent An established and purpose-driven membership organisation is currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Events Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of its dynamic UK & Ireland events programme. The Role of Events Coordinator This is a key role supporting the Events Manager in coordinating a wide range of events – both in-person and virtual – aimed at educating, connecting, and empowering a community of professionals. You’ll liaise with venues, speakers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, high-quality experiences, and continued growth of the events programme. Key Responsibilities End-to-end organisation of meetings and events, including pre-event planning, logistics, and post-event activities Liaison with venues for bookings, catering, AV, and technical support On-site and virtual event support, including registration and platform hosting (Zoom/Teams) Collation and upload of post-event materials to CRM systems Support event marketing, including drafting promotional emails and newsletters General administrative duties contributing to event delivery and team effectiveness Essential Criteria Proven experience delivering B2B events with multiple moving parts Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across a range of stakeholders Comfortable working both independently and within a supportive team environment Positive, flexible approach with a focus on problem-solving Desirable Criteria Experience with CRM systems and virtual event platforms Understanding of the membership or technology sectors To apply for the role of Events Coordinator, please send your CV Due to the volume of applications, we are only able to contact successful applicants.
