We are currently recruiting for a Client Advisor on behalf of a prestigious luxury fashion house for their concession within Harrods, London. This is a unique opportunity to join a globally recognised brand in one of the world's most iconic retail environments, delivering an exceptional and highly personalised client experience.
The Role
As a Client Advisor, you will act as a true brand ambassador, providing a tailored and elevated service to a diverse and international clientele. You will play a key role in driving sales performance while building long‑term relationships with clients and ensuring the highest standards of presentation within the Harrods concession.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional, luxury-level customer experience
* Build and maintain a strong client book, driving repeat business
* Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance
* Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice
* Maintain impeccable standards of visual merchandising and grooming
* Support with stock management and daily operations
* Represent the brand with professionalism within the Harrods environment
The Candidate
* Previous experience in luxury retail (ideally within Harrods or similar environment)
* Strong clienteling skills and relationship‑building ability
* Sales‑driven with a consultative and personalised approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Well‑presented, detail‑oriented, and brand-focused
* Fluent in additional languages is a plus
