Copper Still Restaurant & Bar on The Royal Mile in Edinburgh is looking for a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef who enjoys working in a busy kitchen using fresh Scottish produce.
We offer a very good hourly rate and excellent tronc tips, with flexible hours and great career progression. We can offer full-time or part-time contracts, full time is flexible between 35-45 hours per week.
We are part of a group of local Scottish Restaurants and Bars in the heart of the Old Town and Royal Mile, it is a fun places to work with great customers. We serve locally sourced Scottish food, great cocktails, whisky, craft beers and wine.
