Ashton Recruitment require a Invoicing Clerk our client based in Belfast Habour
Position: Invoicing Clerk
Location: Belfast
Duration: Temporary - Permanent
Rate of Pay: £24,000-£28,000 per annum
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
* Processing invoices and credit notes;
* Sending invoices to customers
* Dealing with any invoicing queries and investigating missing/incorrect invoices;
* Liaising with colleagues to answer any outstanding queries;
* Reconciliation of supplier and customer invoices;
* Entering invoicing data accurately and efficiently onto online hub systems;
* Keeping accurate accounts records
* Any other administrative tasks required e.g. filing;
* Dealing with any finance related queries;
Essential Criteria
* A strong communicator, both written and verbal;
* Good telephone manner - confident to liaise over the telephone;
* Experience within an administration role preferrable
* Strong administration skills (Use of Online systems as well as Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook);
* Acts with professional integrity and honesty to deliver a high standard of service to internal and external stakeholders.
* Clean Driving Licence as there could be requirement to travel to offices in other ports
