In this role, you’ll design and deliver innovative learning and development solutions, support organisational change, and help embed a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with managers and stakeholders to ensure every colleague has the tools and confidence to thrive. Key Responsibilities Actively seek out new ideas, approaches, and best practices to continuously improve OD solutions. Identify development needs and create engaging OD solutions. Design and deliver induction, statutory, mandatory, and developmental training. Support apprenticeships and professional qualifications across the organisation. Build strong relationships with training providers and ensure compliance with procurement processes. Evaluate OD interventions to measure impact and return on investment. Provide coaching and one-to-one development support where needed. Contribute to OD communications and keep up to date with best practice in learning and development. What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in creating and delivering L&D activities and plans. Ability to analyse data and produce meaningful metrics to inform decisions. CIPD Level 5/7 or equivalent experience. Degree or relevant qualification in a related field. Commercial awareness and a passion for continuous improvement Flexibility to attend meetings and events outside normal hours and travel as required.
