We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing FMEA Process Engineer to work with one of our prestigious manufacturers to support the completion of PFMEA documentation. Please see details below, which are required but not limited:
Responsibilities:
* to the Engineering Manager
* to support in the completion of PFMEA documentation for covering new product launch.
* Analysing all systems and components and processes to ensure stringent safety requirements.
* Reviewing and analysing the DFMEA to ensure a process flow from design to physical
* Ensuring that FMEA is inline with company procedures, requirements and specifications
* Working with the team to ensure the FMEA creation is covering all testing methods
* To provide support for their verification & validations specifications and review and confirm test specifications and reports
Requirements:
* in Automotive engineering or equivalent
* within the Automotive Vehicle Manufacturing Industry Proven previous experience working as part of the Manufacturing Process development team
* proven experience in understanding vehicle specifications, requirements for all testing and manufacturing processes
* Executive knowledge on Quality, ISO26262 and Deviation management
* Experience in concept engineering, System Modelling, SysML, Enterprise Architecture or expertise with similar tools.
* Demonstrated ability in interpreting and assessing complex vehicle systems and architectures regarding safety is required.
* Profound experience in automotive safety (ISO26262: ASIL-B and ASIL-D) and its application within ASIC designs.
* Knowledge of software development processes, standards, or guidelines (ASPICE, MISRA) as well as scripting and document generation tools (Python, Latex) are a plus.
