The role
We are seeking to appoint a researcher to join the EPSRC collaboration project ‘Co-creating Equitable Circular Food Systems Through A Digital Hub’, a partnership between the University of Bristol and the University of Nottingham. The successful candidate will be based at the Bristol Veterinary School, working under the supervision of animal scientist Dr. Daniel Enriquez-Hidalgo and Professor Murray Lark, a specialist in Environmetrics at the University of Nottingham.
You will have the opportunity to work within an interdisciplinary team comprising computer scientists, operations management experts, and specialists in agricultural, environmental, and social sciences. Your role will involve contributing to research focused on animal science and lifecycle assessment within sustainable food systems, collaborating closely with the John Oldacre Centre for Dairy Welfare and Sustainability Research.
