Red Sky is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced General Manager to lead operations at Bristol Airport. The General Manager will lead both PRM and Cobus operations in line with strategic business objectives, maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure compliance with all service level agreements and standards.
Provide 24/7 support for operational issues and ensure effective shift cover. Maintain service quality, staffing, and company image. Handle complaints, ensure equipment readiness, and remain proficient in key systems (AvTech, Power BI, MS Office).
Deliver clear weekly/monthly reports on operations, complaints, performance, and incidents. Provide CAA/ECAC data and analyse service issues through Power BI.
Processes & Compliance
Ensure compliance with all airport protocols, safety regulations, and internal procedures. Lead and support a large team with a focus on performance, attendance, and development. Ensure proper use of PPE, escalate risks, and support investigations and training compliance..
Full UK driving licence.
Must pass a DBS check and provide 5 years of referencing
