This full-time Senior Psychologist role supports Greenholm School, Sutton, two Ofsted-rated 'Good' specialist settings that provide education and care to children and young people with autism and complex needs. The post involves shaping therapeutic environments and leading interventions across both schools and associated children’s homes.

Responsibilities
* Deliver individualized therapeutic assessments and interventions for children and young people with autism and additional needs.
* Support the design of therapeutic environments by embedding psychological practices in daily school and residential routines.
* Provide consultation, training, and reflective supervision to education and care staff.
* Formulate clinical approaches in collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues and ensure cohesive support plans.
* Promote trauma-informed, neurodiverse-friendly strategies to enhance outcomes for pupils and residents.
* Travel between Queensmead House and Greenholm School as needed to ensure consistent service delivery.
What You'll Bring
* HCPC registration as a Clinical, Educational, Counselling, or Forensic Psychologist.
* Significant experience working with children and young people with complex needs, including autism and SEMH.
* Confidence in clinical formulation, risk assessment, and therapeutic planning.
* Proven ability to provide professional guidance and consultation in education and residential care environments.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
