Food and Beverage Associate - Executive Lounge (Part Time)
Glasgow Marriott Hotel is hiring an Executive Lounge Host / Food & Beverage Service Expert to join our exceptional team. The position is contracted to 25 hours per week, working 5 nights between 5 PM to 10 PM.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Executive Lounge Host, you will play a key role in delivering an elevated guest experience by providing efficient, warm, and engaging food and beverage service in our exclusive Executive Lounge.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional service to our guests in the Executive Lounge
* Serve food and beverages efficiently with attention to detail and a positive attitude
* Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues swiftly and professionally
* Ensure the lounge is set up and maintained throughout service periods
* Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in all F&B areas
* Demonstrate full knowledge of the menu and confidently make recommendations
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or customer service (preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive team player with a warm, welcoming personality
* High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Ability to stand, walk, or move for extended periods
