The Role: As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be the engine behind our growth. You won't just be selling, youll be identifying opportunities, re-engaging with past clients, and introducing the full range of Commercial at City Plumbing solutions to the non-residential sector.
Key Responsibilities Use market research and various platforms to identify prospects and transform cold leads into warm opportunities for our Account Managers.
Reach out to lapsed or low-spending accounts to re-engage their business through exclusive offers and tailored solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for new customers, focusing on nurturing long-term trust and brand loyalty.
Qualify leads and manage their journey through the sales funnel, ensuring all progress is accurately tracked within the CRM.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and identify new business openings.
Partner closely with the wider team to brainstorm and execute high-impact sales campaigns.
