A leading West Midlands housing provider is seeking a Senior Lettings Advisor to support increased service demand. This is a varied role involving property visits, tenancy support, and void management - ideal for someone experienced in social housing lettings.
Birmingham & Worcestershire | Full-time | Hybrid
2‑month contract with potential to extend | Daily rate £129
Full UK driving licence + DBS required
Key Responsibilities
Manage lettings, allocations, and void processes to ensure efficient property turnaround.
Carry out pre‑tenancy checks, viewings, and tenancy sign‑ups.
Support customers, including those with additional needs, by providing clear tenancy advice and guidance.
Help minimise rent loss by ensuring properties are re‑let promptly.
Travel regularly across Birmingham and Worcester (approx. 60% field‑based).What We're Looking For
Strong background in customer service and housing lettings.
Good understanding of housing legislation, welfare benefits, and void management.
Confident communicator with strong organisational and IT skills.
Able to handle sensitive or challenging situations professionally.
