Cleaning Manager – Accommodation
Position located at Butlins Bognor Regis Resort as part of the Accommodation department.
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate leader to join our team as a Cleaning Manager, responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of accommodation services, promoting the highest operational standards of resort cleanliness, and driving our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach.
Responsibilities
* Ensure smooth delivery of accommodation area and meet the highest operational standards of resort cleanliness.
* Lead the team in promoting the Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach and hold team members accountable to that standard.
* Develop and coach team members in a fun‑filled environment, supporting their growth through regular 1‑to‑1s and PDP discussions.
* Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness, updating brand standards and operating efficiently.
* Analyse KPIs and stock‑control systems to maximise margins and improve processes.
* Adhere to all health & safety policies and procedures.
* Remain guest‑obsessed, ensuring the guest experience is the top priority and that the team delivers exceptional experiences.
* Think on your feet in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Qualifications
* Prior leadership experience in a hotel or accommodation‑village environment.
* Passion for developing and supporting large teams, providing regular coaching and 1‑to‑1 sessions.
* Commitment to delivering amazing experience to guests and seeking opportunities to improve every interaction.
