The Role
Research and Care Governance Assistant – Glasgow Alcohol and Drug Recovery Services (GADRS)
Duration, Location, and Working Pattern
* This is a permanent post.
* Working 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9-5 pm.
* Based within William Street Clinic, 120‑130 William Street, Glasgow G3 8UR.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to the GADRS Care Governance Committee and its sub‑groups, managing and supporting audit, research and monitoring reports to enable Care Governance activities.
* Take direction from the Clinical Governance Facilitator and undertake activities directed to assist with the implementation of changes to policy, guidelines, protocols, and procedural developments across the Alcohol and Drugs Services.
* Support the GADRS Alcohol and Drug Deaths Research Associate in reporting on alcohol and drug‑related deaths and other relevant audits/reports as requested by senior management.
Knowledge, Training, Qualifications and/or Experience Required
* Educated to Degree standard or equivalent experience and knowledge of research and care governance.
