Youll support teachers with classroom learning, assist pupils with SEN, and help deliver a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN Work with small groups or 1:1 pupils Aid classroom management and pupil engagement Assist with resources and activities to enhance learning Skills & Experience: School or childcare experience is desirable but not essential Patient, adaptable, and reliable personality Strong communication and teamwork skills Passionate about supporting children and willing to learn About the School Bicester primary schools are typically 2-3 forms of entry, with a lively and inclusive culture.
