Your Role
and What You'll Be Doing
We are growing our specialist Military team and are looking to recruit a passionate Personal Injury Solicitor to join our expanding practice. You'll work alongside Andrew Buckham, a leading expert in this field. We're seeking candidates who can be based out of our Southampton office, with hybrid working options and support for client travel requirements.
Irwin Mitchell is one of the few firms to offer a rare opportunity to specialise in this high profile and deeply rewarding area of Personal Injury law. Serious injury and illness can have a dramatic and sometimes life changing impact for the person affected and for those who are close to them. The serious injury teams at Irwin Mitchell don’t just deal with compensation claims. We also work with our clients and their families to ensure all of their rehabilitation needs are met. It’s a unique, bespoke approach that really makes a difference to people whose lives have been turned upside down by injury.
You’ll join Andrew Buckham who specialises in Serious Injury - Armed Forces claims. Many of these claims involve assisting severely injured service personnel with compensation claims (On and Off Duty), Service Inquiries and Coroners Inquests. You will be assisting Andrew on his caseload, as well as building and running your own.
