Norwich High School for Girls is seeking for a well-qualified, enthusiastic and inspiring part time Teacher of Biology to join our thriving department.
As a Teacher of Biology, you will plan, prepare and deliver challenging, well-organised Biology lessons to students across the school, ensuring the delivery of high standards of teaching and learning to enable students to achieve their full potential in the subject. You will demonstrate a genuine passion for science and will enjoy making a lively contribution to co-curricular activities.
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic teacher with excellent subject knowledge, who is capable of teaching Biology up to A Level. The post would be suitable for an ECT or a more experienced teacher looking to further their career at a leading independent school.
Science is a vibrant part of the academic curriculum at Norwich High School with a large proportion of the Sixth Form continuing their study of all three sciences. We teach AQA GCSE Sciences and AQA Biology at A level. A level Biology is a popular choice for Sixth Form students, many of whom are looking to study sciences or medicine at university.
