Programme Director – Financial Crime Transformation – Target Operating Model
Fixed Term Contract Role (12 to 18 months) : £130k to £150k base plus benefits
Hybrid Role – 3 days a week in the London office
My client, a highly reputable Professional Services organisation, is looking to hire a Programme Director with extensive Financial Crime expertise to run a highly sensitive company-wide Target Operating Model Transformation programme.
In this role, you will provide full leadership and direction on a large scale Financial Crime Transformation programme, partner closely with the CRO to shape and deliver a complex Fin Crime TOM, oversee and coordinate multiple change and remediation workstreams across AML, Sanctions, Fraud and CDD, drive the design of risk-based controls, drive programme governance, RAID, MI and progress reporting to senior leadership, manage budgets and resources, oversee third party providers and drive and support all regulatory engagement and new process control adoption.
Ideal Background:
* Experience of delivering multi-phased Business Transformation Programmes with an emphasis on Financial Crime Target Operating Models in complex organisations
* Complete expertise in the world of Financial Crime, across AML, Sanctions, Fraud and CDD, including detailed knowledge of UK and international regulations
* Detailed experience of designing and implementing Target Operating Models and control frameworks
* End to end Programme Management skills, overseeing Strategy, Governance, regulatory alignment and delivery across multiple disciplines and stakeholder groups
* Exceptional Programme Governance skills (MI design, reporting, KPIs and delivery assurance
* Exceptional change leadership, stakeholder engagement (to executive and Board level), resource models, budget management and third-party supplier management skills
This position will suit someone keen to drive Financial Crime Transformation in a complex, corporate organisation and who has the ability to embed a strong Fin Crime Compliance structure across multiple business lines.
