Job Description: Customer Service Executive
Location: Maidenhead
Job Type: Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week 20 days holiday + public holidays and 3-4 days between Christmas and New Year
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum

The main purpose of this role will be to provide quality driven Customer Service and Order Processing support to a global leader in luxury textiles.
The company are a well known supplier for Luxury Hotels and Spas across the globe and they are therefore seeking a highly experienced and professional Customer Advisor with exceptional cummuncation skills to join their team in Maidenhead.
Job Duties:
8. Respond to incoming customer inquiries.
9. Process orders, and communicate order progress to customers.
10. Stay up to date on new products, services, and policies.
11. Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained.
12. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
13. Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
14. Other duties as requested
Knowledge and Skills:
15. Proven Multi-tasking Abilities
16. Dynamic Customer Service Experience with exceptional communication skills
17. Experience working in a B2B environment
18. Order processing experience
19. Strong IT skills with proficiency in the use of MS Office
Beneficial:
20. Familiarity with Oracle Netsuite or similar ERP systems.
21. Experience in exporting to Europe and Rest of World.
22. Basic Photoshop skills
