Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive engagement and generating repeat business.
2. Manage the end-to-end sales process, focusing on customer needs to deliver their dream bathroom.
3. Collaborate with in-branch colleagues to build relationships and cross-sell to trade customers.
4. Increase local awareness of the showroom using creative marketing strategies.
5. Continuously improve the showroom to anticipate and exceed customer needs.
