The Firm
The firm’s dispute resolution team handles a full range of litigation matters, often large-scale and complex disputes. Typical cases include contract claims, professional negligence, regulatory breaches, fraud and asset tracing, shareholder claims, derivative actions, and property disputes.
The role involves managing a variety of disputes for the firm’s clients. The caseload is of high quality, dealing with complex matters.
The Candidate
* 3-4 PQE Disputes Solicitor
* Commercially aware
* Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills
