This is your opportunity to join a small, independent specialist school designed specifically for children with communication difficulties typically associated with Autism spectrum conditions. The school is currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their team ASAP. It has been open for 1 year and is growing daily. It is an inviting and supportive setting that has been recognised for its positive impact and awarded outstanding by Ofsted. The setting offers facilities including an on-site kitchen, a fully equipped music room and an outdoor space with a trim trail and on-site Forest School. It currently supports 45+ pupils between ages 11 and 16 with tailored 1:1 education in a calm and nurturing environment.
This position is permanent and full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30. Full training will be provided and you will have access to fully funded qualifications. The school and team are invested in the futures of both staff and learners.

Responsibilities
* Supporting in the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons and educational activities
* Supporting learners with SEN on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis
Qualifications & Requirements
* Relevant SEN experience
* Experience (voluntary or paid) working with children and young adults
* GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
* Eligibility to work in the UK
