Overview
A fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, highly customer centric and engaging Account Manager to join a successful, well-established and market-leading international business. This is a mobile position to cover the Greater London area, with your home as your base. It is a remote / hybrid role, with the reporting office in Merton. The business is expanding and has an immediate opening to strengthen the customer account management team due to growth and new business wins.

Responsibilities
* Support the customer services, sales and account management teams to ensure each client account is managed professionally and that opportunities to add value and upsell are maximised.
* Develop relationships with customers built on trust and integrity, delivering what you promise to retain and grow the customer base.
* Liaise with multiple internal stakeholders across the sales team, account managers, customer services, stores, operations and logistics to deliver excellent service.
* Be highly organised, process driven and detail oriented with strong influencing, negotiating and analytical skills.
* Maintain a high level of customer service and respond proactively to customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrate energy, drive to achieve results and view opportunities as a chance to make a positive impact within the business. There are genuine career opportunities into senior commercial or operational roles for high performers.
Qualifications
* Experience in a customer service driven environment with emphasis on key account management and sales.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen and influence.
* Excellent organisation, methodical thinking and process orientation; attention to detail.
* Commercial awareness and strong analytical ability; degree is desirable but not essential (preferred fields include Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related).
