We are currently looking to appoint a Credit Control Team Leader in our head office SSC finance team in Long Eaton. As Team Leader you will provide day to day support for the credit controllers in the team and monitor daily workflow paths, ensuring targets are achieved.This position requires an experienced credit controller who will be capable of managing the daily operations of the credit control team, driving cash collection, reducing aged debt, and managing high-risk accounts. Leading, mentoring, and training staff while acting as the first point of escalation for complex disputes whilst also ensuring a professional and high level of customer service at all times.
