My reputable global client is looking for Production Operatives to join its team in Aldershot on a full-time basis of 37.5 hours per week, with shifts from Monday to Friday, either 06:00 to 14:00 or 14:00 to 22:00. Reporting to the Shift Manager, this role involves working alongside other shift-based operatives. Great career opportunities and progression are available for the right candidates.
Candidates will be made permanent after an initial 13-week trial period.

About you:
Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. The role requires developing skills across multiple areas to create a multi-skilled and flexible team.

* General manual handling

* Understanding health & safety and quality standards
The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum Grade 4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* The ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Willingness to learn new skills
